Transforming the way your charity makes sales. Our point of sale system provides you with all the necessary tools to make sales, process Gift Aid and track stock. With a ‘design first’ ethos we have created a simple, easy to use, point of sale that runs on cost effective, robust, tablets.
If your stores go offline we utilise the hardwares built-in processes to ensure that sales are still captured and then exported to the cloud once you’re back online.
Logistics
Improve your booking processes and manage your fleet digitally. Our logistics tool makes juggling different diaries, paperwork and your van crews a thing of the past. With tablet-based diaries all of your stores can access the same live data and schedule collections and deliveries on the spot.

Why We Do It
We believe charities deserve better.
Having spoken to a variety of stakeholders within the charity sector, from CEO’s and Board Members to Volunteers and Shop Managers. We quickly learnt that the tools at their disposal were complicated, unfit for the job and, most importantly, not adding value.
This is what lead us to develop the MicroMkt Charity Suite, where our design-first approach has been our key focus ensuring that we have a user friendly product that’s easily navigated by the biggest technophobes. Initially building an automated digital Gift Aid system, we quickly realised that logistics and sales were also being neglected due to the manual nature of the industry processes which lead to the next phase of the project - replacing paper based logistics systems and old fashioned till system with a digital, tablet based product.
We are developing a platform that enables charities to run their organisations from one application, currently serving the logistics, gift aid and sales functions, we want to develop a product suite that allows charities to fully integrate the different areas of their organisation, with simple and elegant front end design, ensuring everyone has access to powerful reporting tools and that every last £££ donated benefits your charity as much as possible.
